A new Collaboration with Poet, Sagae Ko - an Exhibition of a startling new makemono in the Art Museum Ginza, Ginza, Tokyo

Novels, short stories, poems, OK, but what about the makimono* form?  When was the last time you saw a nice new makimono?  It is a wonderful way to tell a story, but it is a form that has slipped from the Japanese consciousness, as modern books have replaced the old scrolls.  Still there are unique and wonderful possibilities in this form.  We are trying to rediscover them with this new makimono.
